Aberdare National Park

Morning
Depart Nairobi early (around 7:00 AM) and enjoy the scenic 2.5-3 hour drive (160 km) to Aberdare National Park via Nyeri or Mweiga.
Stop at Karatina Market, one of East Africa's largest open-air markets, for a quick tour and snacks.

Afternoon
Arrive at the Aberdare Country Club for check-in and lunch.
After lunch, head into Aberdare National Park for a game drive. Spot wildlife such as elephants, buffalos, and bushbucks, and enjoy the lush montane forest scenery.

Evening
Return to your lodge for dinner and relaxation.
The lodge offer floodlit waterholes to observe animals at night.

Morning
Have an early breakfast and begin a morning game drive. Explore higher elevations in the park, like the Moorlands, where you will see unique species such as the bongo antelope.
Visit scenic spots like Chania Falls, Karuru Falls (Kenya’s tallest waterfall), and Gura Falls.

Afternoon
Stop for a packed picnic lunch at one of the park's designated picnic areas.
Continue your game drive or opt for a guided nature walk (with a ranger) to explore the park’s flora and fauna more closely.

Evening
Return to your lodge for dinner and a cozy evening around a fireplace.

Morning
After breakfast, enjoy a relaxed morning exploring the nearby Solio Game Reserve (optional, additional fees may apply). Solio is famous for its white and black rhino conservation efforts.
Alternatively, take a short nature walk near your lodge to enjoy the views and birdlife.

Afternoon
Depart for Nairobi after lunch, arriving in the city by late afternoon.

Evening
Arrive in Nairobi and unwind, with memories of your Aberdare adventure!
